The Escape Plan is designed to help you explore opportunities to create more freedom, flexibility, and choice. To personalise your experience, we collect information you voluntarily provide through assessments, questionnaires, planning exercises, scorecards, forms, and other activities within the program.
We may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business information, assessment responses, goals, planning preferences, and other information you choose to share.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to:

- Generate assessments, reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Track your progress through The Escape Plan.
- Communicate with you regarding your results, progress, next steps, and program updates.
- Deliver educational content, reminders, coaching resources, and planning tools.

Program Communications
By participating in The Escape Plan, you consent to receiving communications related to your participation, including scorecard results, progress updates, personalised recommendations, Freedom Gameplan insights, reminders, educational content, and invitations to relevant programs, services, or consultations.
These communications may be sent by email, phone, text message, or other communication methods you provide. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time; however, service-related communications necessary to deliver The Escape Plan may continue.
Technology, Automation, And Service Providers
The Escape Plan may use secure technology platforms, automation tools, and artificial intelligence systems to enhance your experience and provide personalised insights. Information may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in delivering the program and who are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards.

How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information using physical, administrative, and technological safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
Your Choices And Rights
You may request access to your personal information, request corrections, or withdraw consent where permitted by law.
Analytics And Advertising
Where permitted, Google Analytics measures visits and site interactions, and Meta measures advertising activity and supports ad optimisation. These services may receive page addresses, interactions, IP addresses, browser information and cookie or advertising click identifiers. Google Tag Manager manages these tags.
We do not display a cookie banner. Tracking is blocked in regions requiring consent and when your location cannot be determined. We honour browser privacy signals. You can stop tracking using “Opt out of tracking” in the site footer; this refusal is saved on your device and applies to other open tabs. Clearing browser storage removes that saved choice.
Direct Spotify tracking and server-side advertising reports to Meta and Spotify are paused. Customer matching information, including hashed contact details, is not sent through these server reports without a recorded advertising acceptance and a current permission check. Financial assessment answers are not advertising event data. You can also contact us to withdraw previously recorded permissions.
